I've set this web site up with a selfish goal: to reduce the amount of effort I put in to providing technical support to my clients.  I've spend a lot of time helping people on the phone and over email repeatedly for similar issues.  It's silly, really, to repeat myself over and over again when I can resolve the same issue for everybody once by posting it here and directing them to it (or having them direct themselves to it).
